This article is the same information that we have discussed before with a slightly more dynamic demonstration of what is taking place during impact.

The top view affords us the information that we really need to appreciate. The bottomline is that we need to learn to deliver our hands (the handle of the . not the cluhhead) to the appropriate location for impact. The hands are brought to this location by the work of the pivot. The hips ,slide and turn, as the back tilts to accomplish this important movement.

As you can see the head does not move past its original location.

I am sure as you watch the top view you will begin to appreciate how forward your hands must appear to you at the moment of impact. However, from the front view your hands only look to be slightly ahead to the observer.

Mr. Homer Kelly author of "The Golfing Machine" said "Look, Look, Look" that is exactly what you should do here. As you watch,....... your body can learn.

Remember, that motion is much more important than position. So, use the motion of your pivot to drag your hands right through impact strongly to the finish. The very best swings feel like the work begins at impact. The ball will get the message!!
